1911 Colt M45A1 1004 holster

Each holster will include belt loop(s). Since most of our customers like to mod or customize their gear, we do not add any Thread Locker to the fasteners. Once you find your preferred mounting setup, it is recommended that you apply a small amount of non-permanent Thread Locker to the mounting screws to prevent them from coming loose during normal use instead of over tightening. We also recommend adding a small amount of non-permanent Thread Locker to the adjustment set screw as well, if you have an adjustable retention holster. Over tightening the mounting screws may cause the binding post(s) and/or hardware to fail.
The Custom color option is available. If you choose the custom color option, you will have to choose which custom color or pattern you'd like. If you're sending in the thermoplastic material for your holster, there is no extra charge, or you're welcome to order one of our available custom colors. You'll find the available custom colors and patterns in the "Custom Colors/Patterns page." A link on the right menu is available for your convenience. |

If you need clearance for high sights, RMR (red dot) or threaded barrel, just add a comment with your holster. We can make these modifications at no extra charge.
 CUT - Sweat Guard
 CUT - Muzzle
 OWB/IWB SB and IWB only KT AKELA holster options are available under the BELT ATTACHMENT drop down menu. They have an adjustable cant (Forward/ZERO/Back) via the belt loop bolt pattern.
 This option will allow you to carry the IO (OWB/IWB) KT AKELA as an OWB holster (standard side, cross-draw, or 4-5 O'clock) as well as IWB (small of back) carry. The OWB/IWB KT AKLEA configuration is not available with the Universal bolt pattern because they will have an Adjustable cant bolt pattern.
 This option is a standard draw (IWB) Inside the waist band only carry. The IWB only KT AKLEA configuration is not available with the Universal bolt pattern because they will have an Adjustable cant bolt pattern.
 KT AKELA holsters with the "Universal bolt pattern" are compatible with Blackhawk, Blade-tech, and Safariland belt attachments. The OWB/IWB and IWB only KT AKLEA configuration is not available with the Universal bolt pattern because they will have an Adjustable cant bolt pattern.

To ensure a good fit with the holster, be sure to use the correct rail key on your weapon light (if applicable). i.e. Glock's and XD's will use the Weaver size rail keys and S&W and Sig's typically have the Picatinny M1913 rail size.
Each Weapon Light compatible holster will ship with a production notice that states the optimal weapon light rail key configuration.
All TLR-1 holsters are built with the TLR-1 HL variant so that they will fit all standard size TLR-1 bezels.

 The Mechanical hood may not simply open by pressing on the thumb switch for safety reasons. This diagram shows "HOW TO" effectively release the hood.
