NOTICE: OWB stands for Outside the Waistband carry holster configuration. IWB stands for Inside the waistband carry holster configuration. AIWB refers to Appendix carry Inside the waistband. AIWB refers to your method of carry, not the holster configuration. You can carry “any” holster in front of your appendix. Conceal carry refers to your method of carry, not the holster configuration. You can conceal carry an OWB holster just as well as an IWB holster, depending on your body type. The KT Universal bolt pattern will allow you to use Blackhawk, Blade-tech, G-Code RTI, and Safariland belt attachments and drop legs.
 KT Universal bolt pattern™
AKELA - BELT ATTACHMENT option:
OWB No Belt attachment, your holster will ship without a belt attachment. This option is available in case you plan to install your own belt attachment or drop leg (drop plate). KT Universal bolt pattern.
OWB Standard loop, will fit up to a 1.5in wide belt. Simple closed loop design. KT Universal bolt pattern.

OWB Tek-Lok (Improved), The Tek-Lok allows you to put on and take off your holster without having to undo your belt via the open and locking clamp design. This Tek-Lok option is the improved model which has one adjustable belt size block and one fixed block. The fixed block adds stability by pinching the gun belt and limiting movement. KT Universal bolt pattern.

OWB Drop Plate, will fit up to a 2.25in wide belt. The Drop Plate will also drop the holster from the standard level of your belt down about 2in. The closed loop design is popular with law enforcement since it keeps your holster where it is during a wrestling match. KT Universal bolt pattern.

IWB only zero drop (non-universal bolt pattern), will fit up to a 1.75in wide belt. Instead of the KT Universal bolt pattern, this IWB configuration will allow you to adjust the cant (forward or back). The zero drop option means that we will install the belt clip at zero drop (no cant).
IWB only 10deg cant (non-universal bolt pattern), will fit up to a 1.75in wide belt. Instead of the KT Universal bolt pattern, this IWB configuration will allow you to adjust the cant (forward or back). The 10deg cant option means that we will install the belt clip at a 10 degree forward cant.
SIDE
Right handed, means that the holster will be built for a typical right handed shooter, draw with your right hand.
Left handed, means that the holster will be built for a typical left handed shooter, draw with your left hand.
CUT
Standard Sweatguard, will give your slide more coverage.
Competition Sweatguard, will have a cut to allow for a red dot sight.
Standard Muzzle, will have the small chamfer cut at the bottom of the holster’s muzzle end.
Rounded Muzzle, will have a radius at the holster’s muzzle end. Ideal if you regularly carry while seated in a vehicle. This may help reduce the wear on your vehicle’s upholstery.
 
COLOR / GRADE
Black 080, indicates Black KYDEX-T in 0.080” grade raw material thickness.
FDE 080, indicates Flat Dark Earth KYDEX-T in 0.080” grade raw material thickness. FDE has now become an industry standard color. For actual samples of this color, you can visit any Sporting goods stores or Gun stores and simply ask to see a MagPul magazine in Flat Dark Earth.
Send in or from cust color page, indicates that you plan to add a custom color or fabric wrap from the custom colors page. You’re also welcome to send in your own material, just let us know and we’ll go over the requirements.

We can build any of our holsters with clearance for high sights, ext mag rel, ext slide stop, threaded barrel, and/or a red dot sight at no extra charge.
