The USP typically have a safety lever on the left side only. If you have ambi safety levers, please let us know by adding a comment with your holster order.
USP Expert - We can build the holster for the USP Expert by adding clearance in front of the muzzle to allow for the longer slide. Just add a comment with your holster order that you have the Expert model.
If you'd like us to check your handgun for compatibility when you send us an email, please attach a picture of the (1) left and (1) right sides of your handgun (on a flat surface). You're welcome to tape over serial numbers. We'll see what we can do. |

Weapon Light Notice:
The HK USP and Mk23 require a rail adapter to attach modern weapon lights. Below are the adapters that we have available. If you don't indicate or let us know which adapter you're using, we will build the holster using the default rail adapter.
Please add a comment with your order regarding which rail adapater you plan to use with your light.
If you have a different rail adapter from what we have listed, we may still be able to build the holster if you can send us your rail adapter. Just let us know or add a comment with your holster order. We’ll provide you with shipping instructions after you place your order.

Add a Fabric Wrap: |

NOTICE:
* This custom option adds a fabric wrap to your new holster. *The base Thermoplastic color will vary with this wrap option. The fabric wrap will be bonded to the holster during production and can’t be added to an existing holster. This fabric wrap option is only available for new holster builds. Holsters sold separately.
* The MF Suede wrap is made of a very soft and comfortable Microfiber Suede. Non-reflective and non-abrasive. |
Send In Fabric Wrap Service: This option allows you to send in your own custom fabric or microfiber suede wrap material, and we can apply it to your holster and/or magpouch order.
Requirements for each holster: 2 (two) 12”x12” or 1 (one) 12”x24” of fabric per holster. 1 square will be used to test the material’s characteristics with our manufacturing process. The other 1 square will be used to apply the fabric to your new holster.
You are welcome to send in a 1 yard or more of fabric, and we can store it for you (free) for up to 6 months. This allows you to order more custom wrap holsters or magpouch in the future without having to send in more fabric.
Requirements for each magpouch: The same as the holster.

| * The internal Microfiber Suede Liner is great for minimizing wear on your handgun’s finish. Just be aware that if your slide has very aggressive serrations, i.e. Walther PDP, the serrations act like a cheese grater and will eat away at the liner. Best to skip this option if you have cheese grater serrations. |

A lot of customers swap out parts and customize their holsters, we don't use thread lockers (Blue Loctite) on the belt attachment fasteners (Screws) for your convenience. Once you find your preferred setup, we recommend adding a very small dot of blue non-permanent thread lockers to the screws, such as Blue Loctite or equivalent. This prevents the screws from backing out. |

Proper torque is required when installing fasteners (screws). This helps keep the fasteners in place and prevents the screws from coming loose. We recommend using an impact driver. From the factory, we use a Ryobi impact driver because they have the sufficient torque to drive the screws, while not overpowering or stripping the threads. The impact driver also makes it a lot easier to loosen tight screws. When tightening screws, we recommend letting the impact driver click about 2-3 times. |
Phillips bits that are specifically for impact drivers are recommended. They can withstand the torque without chipping or breaking. Of all the brands we’ve tried, Milwaukee bits appear to last longer. This is what we use for all parts assembly. |
