We have the KT AKELA Custom S holster #31 which is specifically designed for use with a suppressor or large compensator attached.

This holster features an adjustable profile retention with a secondary hold down strap retention.

This holster also has the KT Universal bolt pattern. The KT Universal bolt pattern allows you to use Blackhawk, Blade-tech, G-CODE RTI39 hangers, and Safariland (QLS) belt attachments and drop legs.
