By adding the Priority Build request to the shopping cart with your holster(s) order, and once your order has been received, your order will be upgraded to Priority Build status. The Priority Build status gives your order a 1-3 business day lead (build) time from the order date (if there are no delays) to the shipping date, plus carrier transit times.
Notice: The lead time quote starts from your order date only if there are no delays. Delays could be caused by missing details from your order, or if we’re waiting on reference images or send in items from you, or if we’re waiting for your reply or approval. If there is a delay, then the lead time quote will start on the day that your order is finalized and approved for production, or when we receive the required images or send in items.

-1 to 3 business day lead time vs. the standard 1-2 weeks (production lead time varies depending on the work order volume) is done by putting your order ahead of the production line, ahead of standard orders.
-To avoid any potential delays, send a picture of both sides of your handgun(s) on a flat surface for reference. This allows us to see your setup and make appropriate adjustments to ensure a proper fit.
-This service fee will cover the extra operating cost of production outside of the standard weekly volume. This service is availble if you need your gear sooner than the aproximate 2 weeks standard lead time. Priority Build orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday will be added to the front of the production line on the following Monday or follow business day). The Priority Build Service only applies to holsters and magpouches.
-The Priority Build Service request is a 1-3 business day production lead time and does not take into account the shipping transit time. In order for us to keep our current commitment lead time, we can only accept a limited number of Priority Build orders per week. Once the maximum Priority Build Service orders slots are reached, you will not be able to add this request to your shopping cart until the following Monday of each week, or following business day. The Priority Build Service does not apply to special order(s) or send in(s). For bulk orders of 10 or more, please contact us first so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs. KT MECH LLC is a dynamic and flexible company. We reserve the right to refuse Priority Build Service requests if it will adversely affect our current production schedule because we have to keep our promise to current customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The Priority Build request is a "Service" not a "Product" so it is non-refundable, just like the shipping cost.
